They served notices to 12 people and none of the 12 people had any issues to co-operate... How do you conclude that these people are just consumers and not peddlers of drug without looking at the evidences that they got from the drug kingpin?Akkada large financial transactions vunnayi to create doubts that they bought large amount of drugs which is illegal... I think you don't understand the different kind of drugs that are in market and you are equating the medical marijuana which is legalized in some states in us to these narcotic substances that are banned... It is an open secret as to why these people travel to bankog and goa and it would be foolish to attribute any innocence to their motives..Please understand that these people by encouraging drug peelers are morally responsible for its indirect distribution in the schools ... Till today in respect to these cases, 19 people have been arrested. 27 people have been called for questioning. Out of these, only four people are belong to the film industry. Thus it is incorrect to say that the dept is focusing on film industry as 4 people from the film industry till date have been called for questioning.
