6 to 7:30 Yoga/gym/walking
taruvatha one letter water tagandi
8:30 to 9:00 AM one/two cups oats with hot water only
11:30 to 12:00 PM two egg whites or one fruit or fruit plate
1:30 to 2:00 PM Lunch brown rice with two vegetable curries...curries ekkuva tinali

4:30 ki one cup sprouts tisukondi

night 7:30 to 8:00 ki two chapathies with fresh vegetables curry..

pai diet follow avandi cholostrol wait anni control loki vastaye..

Oatmeal with any pickle rocks...

no dairy, no sugar.. add abit of mango pickle(drain the oil)... infact, idli sambar type lo.. oatmeal sambar also rocks

nenu 11 years nundi plain oatmeal tintunna almost every day. No milk, no sugar, no salt. just plain water and oats. Nenu 245 lbs unnappudu kooda HDL 39 undedi. Ippudu taggi 209 ki vacchanu. did not check the HDL levels.

Group fitness join ayya ...daily oka program vuntunid ... both cardio and strength mixed ...
5 days vedanta ...

A lot of different exercises than what i do before ..

crossfits type mi area lo vuntai ...every street lo vuntunnai ei Madhya ..with different names.

fresh fruit lenapudu ivi tinaali inka nunchi. i was eating them rgulary, now its only backup without fresh fruit.

have those raisins etc in office cube, oka pyrex dabba nindaa inti nunchi cooked oats tiskuni elli kummey :D

konni readings are very high, tablets vadite takkuva unnayi. But tablets manesi running and exercise to decrease cheddam ani plan

ee C0q10 vachi, liquid. 5ml something reading 2 times before or after food vestanu daily. next 3 months lo surely inko bottle finish aipoddi, so 10pts diff ravali per expectation
