Without knowing B side story, if what ever you have mentioned is true, there is a trick to kick the yeas of B. Simply have them file 498A case with all possible B side folks(could be 100% false or 10% false) and have her people to spend some money to the police to get this 498A washes the yeases of those B folks(all will be kept in jail). Ask A to f-off in US. Let him file divorce. Of course A may lose her earned money in the community property split. Worst part entante....she lost her job few months back as she was going through all the stress lately. She was attending interviews locally and this guy started creating nuisance as to whom she is meeting. She found another full time in couple of weeks though. A is lady, B is boy ani tappite, rest everything is typical of divorce cases Green card holders, so planning divorce in USA? Courts in US always screw high earners. There is a perception that Men are screwed, but that's because most cases men are the highest earners. In this case, A has to be prepared for a costly divorce. Custody of kids will mostly go to mother, so that's a bright spot (or not if it's too overburdening to do). And a divorce lawyer will not have both parties as clients or help both of them, that's practically unheard of | ||

Here is the situation: A (girl) and B (boy) got married some 13 years ago. They have a 7 year old daughter. A is super intelligent, earns in 6 digit, down to earth. A works from home and has been taking care of daughter. All she does is earning and taking care of daughter. B never had a stable job. Last 13 years, he has been travelling around for jobs. Never did jobs related to doftware. His jobs were in RF related, like driving and documenting the signal strengths, earnings were always $30-45k. A moved around with B, working from home and taking care of daughter. Always encouraged B to move to software so he can have a stable job and be with the family. In few instances, he went to India and stayed woth his family for 6 months happily enjoying. A and B got greencards through A's company some 7 years bac. Finally after 12 years, B moved to software and got a stable job 6 months back. B takes care of all the expenses and bank accounts. All A does was earning and taking care of the family. As far as I know, A is very soft spoken, down to earth. B never took care of family. Now B is threatning A for divorce. He says that A has to pay alimony for B as his earnings were low in the past. A is from a lower middle class family with almost no support from India. She has only mother in India. B has a family support. B says, he will live with her if she moves to India, but wants to split if they are here. B even started to do wierd things like doubting A's character. A completely lost trust and approached lawyer in US. A discovered that B already approached the same lawyer and is trying his best to get the most from her on finances. B was asking the list of properties A had (A's parents properties) so he can get a share as well. Wierd situation. Never saw a guy like this. BTW, A is wife's collegue. How to handle this? |
