Can we fire the RE firm before closing? my agent with firm A on the contract. Half way through the entire process she moved to firm B. But she said firm A is still on the contract. they are not at all facilitating stuff for closing. my agent turned part time and took up a full time job.she is still helping me, but the closing is planned on day after tomorrow and there is no occupancy cert till now. my lender says he needs to order a final inspection before closing and he will do that after seeing occupany cert Happy Vizag |
