Pasta, you have atleast 4-5 difft options to cook with Pasta that can cover whole week easily, try mexican wraps (I am talking about cooking both at home)

whole foods lo edo raka rakala millets vuntai anta. frd gets a rotte/dosa made out of them regularly. also, rajma/alasandalu/sundalu etc bhi rice ki good replacement.

nenu bhi raagi rotte tintaanu freq ga. adding cabbage or leafy vegs makes it more interesting too

3) Quinoa costco 20 lb pack ( Don't steal anyone cart .. Speaker kurrod might be in your costco)

I am trying to find options to avoid rice all together (as a final goal) over a period of time.
What are Veg only options? Target is to reduce the carbs..

Dont give impractical-nice to listen only.. Bbaba updesham...
