Don't waste your money.

You better off visiting AP instead. In fact, s'pore, malay expatriates are visting AP if they feel home sick.

Sankara:

You still should know someone in Singapore to help you file e-visa for Singapore.

It is saying I should apply within 30 days. It looks like I cannot apply earlier.

Sankara:

First prepare your list of places to see and then you can prepare itinerary.

Just started planning this trip.

I am planning to spend time in KL and Singapore .
I like to go Langkawi Sky Bridge but not sure if can do a day trip from KL. We have two kids aged 7 yrs so Universal studios would be a good option.

I like to hire 8 seater car with driver in KL , If I can get for a good price.

Verify if the information (Visa on arrival in Malaysia through Singapore) is correct. http://www.vfsglobal.com/malaysia/india/Visa_on_Arrival_(VOA).html

For Singapore E-Visa, https://save.ica.gov.sg/save-public/

You still should know someone in Singapore to help you file e-visa for Singapore.

You need visa to visit both the places.
Actually Indonesia is not far away too from both countries and Indonesia does not visa for Indian national. For Singapore, there is e-visa that I think you can apply online. Otherwise, if you know anyone in Singapore (living/working), they can file e-visa on your behalf.

First prepare your list of places to see and then you can prepare itinerary.
Singapore to Malaysia (many places) have overnight buses/plenty of budget flights.

If you need specific information, PM me.

Duirng my visit to India, I am planning to go for a trip with my parents and my sibilings to Singapore and Malaysia for 7/8 days.

I have been to both the countries but it was 12 years ago and also not travelled between those countries.

We want to travel on our own not with any travel agents..

I need to get visa for my parents and sibling.

I heard that I need to book everything in advance including flights, hotels and bus/flight from Singapore to Malaysia. Is this correct ?

Can I travel first to Malaysia then to Singapore or vice versa . How to apply visas for both embassies ?

Any tips....
