I thought that is distinction the video makes - between being alone and loneliness? Being alone and being at peace with being alone is not loneliness.. loneliness is the fear of being alone ... May be Loneliness is good. The very basic feeling that has shaped Mankind's destiny is Superiority Complex. Everything around us exists, and everything that has happened has ever happened is because of it. Every man/woman needs to feel at the depth of their character, a sense of superiority. As a social animal, superiority can be achieved only when others are forced to acknowledge it. In loneliness, there's nobody to question it.
