Annai - point is that China is using this opp to pull EU towards them. That is huge ... knowing that China is very strategic. About pollution - I agree they don't care. And they have the market to pull the big 3 form EU to favor them. Nothing happens all at once ... but I think this is a favorable time for China to take over the leadership .. and they are using it very well.
