I pack them (Banana or Mango or Pear etc) in 2-3 covers air tight and keep in kitchen closet...

3-4 days lo manchiga ripe ayyi untayi... If not pack and keep...

Store lo ripen vati kanna ila ripe chesina vaati taste ne better...

Or biyyam lo yettu. Basic ga warm humid enclosed zone kaavali.

for me so far no issues on banganapalli mangoes. rasalu were not riped (turned to yellow) but tasted good while green. laginchesaam.

box lo 12 antadu we pay 30 dollars andulo half of them are not ripe, ala odileste konni pandutayi, konni potayi

1 or 2 max will be good migitavi anni waste.

in general i dont like uncooked food.. even if its fruits.. although i eat some fruits. I dont like anything that tastes sweet... cakes, candies, ice creams... edho year ki oka saari thintaan...

Ripen them by storing in warm and airtight places like the wine cellar ,storage rooms in basements,etc
If you want to ripe them artificially ,use calcium carbide (Not suggested,but we used to do in or childhood days) Should be OK if you clean them with hot water before eating

Banginapalli mangoes ani tempt ayyi bought 2 boxes in last 1 month... box with 8-10 mangoes cost 25 bucks per box... very expensive compared to Mexican mangoes but bought worth the price

But most of them are getting spoiled before they fully ripen

Tried keeping them in brown bags and some in rice etc

No luck so far....

Any suggestions ?
