anthaka mundu chesindhi temporary hold maama for shorter periods due to audits, during that time they never sent our global communication to all employees or never closed the pending GC cases with in cognizant systems...now what they are doing is, they are officially telling everyone that we will no longer do GC's..and also they are closing all internal cases that people have initiated the GC...temporary suspension aithe they won't be closing cases within cognizant, they will just put them on hold...hope u understand.. | ||

its true, no more Eb2, Eb3 PERM filings from cognizant...email came to everyone.. already other companies like Infy, TCS, Wipro were not doing it for all US employees, they do it only case by case basis...Only CTS was doing it for everyone and now they stopped it completely... I am guessing, the next logical step is, they will not do any more H1 extensions(even if you have a GC pending)...already Offshore nundi evarni theesukuraavatledhu H1's meedha onsite ki...all these desi companies want to reduce H1B dependency as much as possible...monneppudo ikkada DB lo chepthe kindal chesaaru, all the IT jobs are going to be completely offshored...unna onsite jobs kooda d'sthaai...kudos to govt.. | ||
