Uncle, last time Schengen visa apply chesinappudu this is what I did I wrote a cover letter mentioning that I did not buy tickets, since I don't want to lose money. I will only make travel arrangements after I get the visa ani plain and simple actually most of the consulates mention not to make any travel arrangements before getting a visa, I don't see your case any different | ||
