They already successfully invested/developed 2600mw power plants and a shipyard in Ap.. besides taking over idfc's wind company.. Sembcorp will do utilities in startup and ascendas will market Amaravati in safe hands.. if one wants to buy land, this is right time.. only risk associated is present govt winning back in 2019 which very crucial for progress on capital | ||
