Kommineni version lo Jaggu supposedly wrote to the PM that CBI and ED filed cases on him based on the "orders of" TDP and Congress leaders! This can be easily proved to be a lie because: 1. High Court of Andhra Pradesh ordered the CBI for a preliminary probe and then file an FIR and conduct a full fledged investigation. Those orders are public and widely reported in the newspapers. CBI has no business or powers to question the Chief Justice (non-Telugu) about why he did that. They simply have to obey the orders. 2. There are only three ways in which CBI takes up any case: a. Orders of constitutional Courts b. Orders of the central government (even state governments can only recommend/request the central government but not order CBI directly) C. By itself (Suo motu). If these cases were filed through route B or C, independent analysts like C V Reddy would have speculated that TDP/Congress leaders gave verbal orders but since it happened through route A, it is clear that Jaggu misrepresented/lied to the PM. Some interesting facts relating to the letter: The letter also indirectly asks for the repetriation of officers who are on deputation the way Joint Director Lakshmnarayana and Additional SP R M Khan were denied an extension by Sonia Gandhi despite the car being in a crucial stage and bail application coming up for hearing. (Jaggu's courageous fight against he made her do this?).. Sonia also went to the extent of keeping Joint Director post vacant until Jaggu got bail, and replacing SP R M Khan with a junior officer of lower rank. What's more? The advocate will ensured denial of bail twice was replaced with a newbie. Now if Modi accepts Jaggu's request and does the same, independent analysts and readers of independent media would lead a really celebrating his courageous fight against Modi! they'd never say he begged Sonia for those favours or that he begged Modi now. "Sakshi is a most balanced and independent media. This has no affiliation with any political party," Jagan had said.
