My best suggestion is start with simple and effective compound exercise if you are not too fat and chubby Start with lounges leg raises squat jumps step ups etc for cardio and lower body Push ups different variations of course with knee on floor as you are just starting pull ups different variations with support etc for upper body Driving is my PASSION.
