You need to have best scores to get top interest rate....closing cost and APR are trade offs....okati thaggithe inkoti peruguthundhi...and vice-versa....

Any home aina istharu...Basically buyers realtor 3% collect Chestharu from Sellers agent....then they will rebate all of that 3% to us.

Bankrate gives good idea, but when you start actual shopping it will fluctuate a bit...I got a much better rate than what was shown in Bankrate.com

I told them upfront and honestly they don't care about that as long as the % of rebate is less than 5-6%.

I usually look at bankrate.com and planning to go with lowest interest rate..
For instance, today it's showing 3.750% APR and 3.750% Interest rate..
Do you see any issue going with that?

I closed on Jan 12th...received 3% buyer's commission back and used all of it for closing costs and balance amount to pay insurance during closing.

builder ni kanukko will he accept that credit ani oppukuntey antha preplanned ha chesuko. agent has to send that form to builder and title company to lender etc..ask builder who all has to be copied.

few builders dont accept any credits over $1500.

chala takkuva mandi allow chestaru to use it during closing time. agrnt has to send a CDA form allowing to release that credit towards closing and all parties should be intimated well in advance in that process like 3 weeks ahead. evarki intomate xheyakapoyeuna it will hold up the agent credit and again you have to redo the paper work to xhange the loan numbers wiyhout agent credit.

so bottomline do it properly if u want to use ut at closing or else just wait till ur agent gets $$ and he will mail it out to you.

Can i split the 2% between towards house and closing costs?
