They can claim uptown 2 years . usually other party start with 100k etc but insurance fight and win These cases fail 90% of the time.. | ||

Upto 1 yr after accident they can report these and claim..similar thing happened to my cousin...after 3 months the person in the other car got heart attack and they blamed the accident as cause for this. And put a 50k claim..my cousin's insurance only represented him in court and the other party was not able to prove the exact relationship between accident and heartattack...finally in the 4th court hearing, both parties reached an agreement and insurance paid them very nominal amount like 1-2k and got rid of the issue..so this is a pain your friend has to go through...ask him to contact his insurance and his insurance has to represent him in the court and all...also they have a limit like they will represent only upto 4 hearings or something..after that your friend has to employ his own attorney...mottham process oka 1 yr daaka naduchuddi...mental torture thappa financialgaa loss emi undadhu...they reach some agreement or the other and close these things... | ||

AFAIR they can sue up to one 1 yr from the date of the accident..so check the exact date. I am sure they are smart enough to sent the notices like a week before 1 yr.. How much are the damages?? Talk to the insurance and they will negotiate with attorney.. nee friend ni kuda oka Attorney ni consult cheyyamanu.. | ||
