check any recruitment done as contract position,they follow the same procedure as regular recruitment coming to back door ,it happens in all Jobs even the regular govt jobs | ||

I think you are confused with contract employees and outsourced In most cases Contract employees recruitment is same as regular employees with open notifications,written test,interviews and Quotas.They only difference is they are for limited terms and fixed pay with out any pensions or benefits I agree that it is not fair to regularize contract employees,but should be given preference if they have worked for more than 10 yrs or certain period | ||
