Can i still go back to original petitioned client A and location B, continue to work for client A?

How are you working at C and D without amendment getting approved? I thought new regulations restrict doing that.

Unless you are working at A and B, you will have issues to move to E and F..

Even if u want to go back to client A in location B, u need to file one more amendment for old location bcos u already started working in C for project D...only after filing and getting reciept number for Old location, u can work in old location ani maa immigration vaallu monneemadhyane cheppaaru...i think E, F is out of question, bcos first u have to reinstate what u have before moving to another one...again with my limited knowledge i am saying, confirm with immigration attorney..

I came to US on L1B Blanket Petitioned to client A and location B. I129 S is valid till 02/2019.
After a month, I filed an amendment to move to new location C and new project D.
It resulted in RFE and I submitted all the requested additional documents. Now the USCIS site says "we denied your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxx".

a. What does this mean?
b. Can i still go back to original petitioned client A and location B, continue to work for client A?
c. Since amendment for location C and project D is denied, can i apply for another amendment to move to client E and location F?
