you can do all 3. it's ur choice. 1) stay in old if fees are low & fund choices are good. 2) you can do that if ur current 401k is good one. 3) you can do that if ur tax rate is low now - rollover to roth. | ||

I have couple of 401k accounts from my previous jobs. What is the best way to deal with multiple 401k accounts? 1) Should I leave them as is? 2) Should I consoldiate them into a single active 401k account? 3) IRA, Roth-IRA conversions gurunchi idea ledhu, should I explore these options? Would be great if someone can answer my questions  |
