The reasons I think are 1) H1 ni complete ga replace chese workforce inka ikkada ledhu. short term lo ok ayina, long term lo number of projects cheyyali ante kashtam. 2) If my IT budget is $100, and I can execute 10 projects now. but in future I can only execute 7 projects with that. Either increase the budget or reduce number of projects 3) Prathi PM ki targets untayi savings cheyyali ani.. Either I have to show the cost reduction or increase productivity. Deeniki oka bonded labour compulsory.. These 3 points in the long term (2-3) years either act as catalyst to Outsourcing or H1 boom again. So, work hard to survive during this time.
