There is nothing beyond a "Petition filing" in the books of USICS. Extension, transfer, amendment etc are the classes of "petition filing" All are considered equally when evaluating the petition. But allocation of the approval varies(amendment, transfer, extns didnt pull a new visa number from the quota. Also they would expect to have the legal status maintained before). Rest are the same. We use these words of extension, transfer etc for our convenience. | ||
