The SC ordered a revival of CBI case (conspiracy charges) against key leaders of the NDA (two of them are former National Presidents and one is a current Union Cabinet Minister). This would surely come as a shocker to learned political analysis like C V Reddy who enlightened Telugus about how SC judges consult CBN (regardless of whether he is in power or not) and whoever is in power at the center before giving important orders and judgments.
