Power star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan has once again proved that he thinks differently compared to other politicians. All the political parties are going in for massive membership drive to strengthen from grass-root level and get prepared for the next elections. They are virtually competing with one another in enrolling record number of members only for show of strength. Some parties like Telugu Desam Party have even gone to the extent of enrolling members even from the opposition parties, besides all those who are in the voters’ list. However, Pawan Kalyan is adopting a different approach. He is not going in for enrolment of members, but appointing of committees first at all levels. To start with, he is appointing the district-level, constituency level and mandal-level committees in Anantapur district. And for the appointment, he is conducting an entrance test for the applicants on April 21. “We are conducting eligibility test for the applicants, so that we select genuine and sincere candidates with integrity for the posts,” he said. Pawan Kalyan cautioned the organisers of the entrance test to see that selfish people with bad credentials don’t enter the party. “We want only young and dynamic intellectuals,” he said.
