March last week lo it seems that 2 centers got 70K each in premium processing. If its not approved or RFE'd in 15 workings after receiving the petition, then consider it as normal processing. AFAIK, they are trying to process all cases received before Mar 31st, in premium processing. Mine reached Nebraska on 27th March, 5th I got the recipt number and approval on 6th. Nebraska has delay issuing recipt numbers.. Ee friday lopu approval / RFE ravali mostly 31st Mar lopu file chesina vallavi...thats the last day!! I think if they are left out with some applications, after this Friday, probably they will consider them as normal processing...follow trackit trackers for uptodate information.. Keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.. | ||

As per current rule that got into effect on Feb 17th, your company cannot revoke 140 once you work for them for 6 months after aproval..so ead is safe no matter which employer you go | ||

I-140 unte chaalu, no need for 6 yrs to complete...i have atleast 3-4 friends who did not complete 6 yrs but got ead for their wife based on i-140 | ||

Guys, Wife H4 EAD ki apply cheddamani anni documents prepare chesukunna. Sudden ga maa friend gaadu bomb laanti news cheppadu. I am not eligible to apply ani. 1.nenu L1B mida US vachaanu.5 years undi max period ayipoyaaka INdia poyaanu. Malli H1 mida 3 years back. I140 approved. Am I eligible to aplly for h4 EAD?.
