.. is not just a word, not just an idea, nor a concept. There is certainly something called Luck. 5 months ago, I was at a bad place, a bad team. Too much stress, more so, lot of back-biting. Trust was missing, and gaining it seemed Herculean. End of Nov, changed client, changed project. Team is so supportive, so patient, so sharing and giving... For a very very long time, I was finding it so very hard to spot a team like this. Comfortable, and not steeply judging all the time. I was at a better place for reasonably low-rates between 2011 and 2016. When I had to leave due to contract obligations and corporate policies, I thought of giving it at most 1 year. If things are not cozy, better to R2I, at least I'll be closer to parents ani. I love my current team, my current project, my work, and my freedom. Right-place, Right-Time does happen in life.
