Recipe improvised - measure Kuda cheyyaledu - son made the ricotta cream by mixing ricotta cheese, sugar , confectionary sugar and vanilla ..all to taste Shells - all purpose flour, 2-3 spoons sugar, pinch of salt, 4 spoons ghee- mixed this together till ghee nicely mixed- add water a little at a time till a stiff dough forms , roll it out , ••••• with fork- I don't have cannoli cylinders so made cones out of foil folded multiple times and formed dough over it - used corn starch paste to stick ends and deep fried the cones on medium heat..
