Yes: One can be beneficiary of several petitions. (read this line carefully). In H1 process, Employer(your employer) is the petitioner of the permission to employ a beneficiary(You) . By mistake, we all think that WE(employees) are the OWNERs of the H1B petitions but the employer owns each petition. Having said that, several employers can get approvals to employ you on H1 but you must work for at least one of them(not higher cap on it) at any given time to maintain your H1 status. Its like getting several job offers to you. You can choose one or many out of it if your time and employer offer works out. | ||
