butter form is easy get way when pairing with slicked bread...i endorse

Prodhute idli (minapappu) + Palli chutney thinte manchidhe.. Konchem recipe modify chesthe chaalu (reducing salt and spices).. Minapappu is very good..
Peanut butter with out exercise chesthe waste.. If you are exercising, eat what you want in limited quantity..

I love peanut butter with ... crisp toasted wheat or multigrain bread.. but always used avoid thinking it is high in fat.

But recently realized that it is really good to build muscle and fat burning.

It was suggested by one of the top bodybuilder to add it to your daily morning shake.

really saw results in couple of weeks..
