Once you pass through that.. i140. in i140: Validates the employer ability to pay and base validity of this employer and employment. in i485: Its your issue.. your legal status maintenance, your records etc... Thats a general category but youyescheeyeyes can dig anything at any stage across. So, you dont need to worry if you crossed the PERM stage. On the other hand, a future job can be lower level or low paid to the current job, I dont see any legal constraint around it. Its between you and your employer contract about that job. If the GC job is paying less than today's H job, you are already in line with "employer ability to pay". Its good. | ||
