On hard courts Roger now leads Rafa 10-9 and overall he cut down the lead from 11-23 at the start of the season to 14-23 still lot of work to do to bridge that gap even further ! With todays win its Federer's 4th consecutive win over Rafa and in the process he joined the exclusive list of Davedenko and Nole to be the only 3 players to have defeated Rafa 4 consecutive times !!! In today's match federer's game was may be 50-60% of what it was against Nick in the semis still he defeated Rafa so convincingly - his first serve perc was less than 60% still won more than 80% points on his first serve - just tells the story - Except for the initial games in the 1st set, Rafa was never in the match. Now Rafa cant go to federer's backhand and at the same time cant go to his forehand aswell [smile] | ||
