Tax filing has nothing to do with your monthly salary.. aii areee esss doesnt care if u got the W2 amount in 12 months or just in 1 month.. as long as taxes correct pay cheste ur good...

My wife H4 to H1 cos approved on - Jan,4, 2016
Got her SSN in March,3,2017
2 W2s ran for tow locatrions
for first location pnly for one month
for other location 7 months (till date)

Got W2 only for 8 months (8 months salary)

Please help me can i go ahead and file the tax saying this as 12 months salary. As in W2 never mentioned dates how can i divide the salary.
