Biacl will use this as land and some additional capital as equity in the airport SPV with private partner do BOT. Biacl ki capital kooda govt only provides not private. Oh..I can not help if you have not understood The airport will be built by private party and teh land will be given to private party Sya for example the Project cost is Rs.100 ,the govt share will be Rs 13 and Private compnay will invest Rs 87.The govt will give 13 acres land as its share and private party will invest cash of Rs 87 Now imgaine who will be benefitted or attracted to do investment if the land rate is valued at Rs 1 per acre..Thats what I meant by good incentive/Encouragement for private investors,in my Original post (Even MD of BIACL said high cost will be unvaiable for the project.Why will he say if the money is transferred from one pocket to another pocket of Govt ?) | ||

Babu.. BIACL is a corporation that will be partner in the new Airport partner/consortium.The Private player who wins the contract and BIACL will be Joint Partners.Govt equity will be in the form of Land and Infrastructure.Private Party will iNvest money and build/operate the airport In case of Hyderabad airport GMR share is 63% ,Malaysia Airports Holdings is 11%,AAI quity is 13% and AP Govt equity is 13% The total project cost is around Rs 2500 crores.The State Govt 13% is in the form of Land. Similarly agreement will be with BIACL too..but BIACL wanted the land value to be Rs 1 lakh so that the Lnad extend of land can be shown in books with lower value which will be vaiable to the investors as equity of Govt will be undervalued/less value,if teh land value is shown less in the books | ||
