Realistically 2nd preference vote daati matter avvadhu..but party can still ask mlas to mark 5 preferences. Each mla (or atleast the ones on which party has doubts will be given a unique combination of preferences to vote on)...53421 type code for each mla is give...counting appudu party observer will try to note down these and they try to find out which combination is missing. | ||
