Actually I was not aware of the amendment. I didn't expect that USCIS will again give 3 years from the date of filing even for the amendment. I thought they will give till 2018 with just location change on the doucment | ||

Need suggestions plzzzzz... 1. Employer renewed my H1B in 2015 . I have a valid US visa till Apr 2018 (stamping ki vellanu 2015 lo) . Wife ki kooda visa + EAD vundhi valid till Apr 2018 (she is currently working) 2. Last year moved from NY to Atlanta with same employer . Employer amendment/transfer file cheysaru Jul 2016 lo . Got the approval and is now valid till Jul 2019 ------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------- Now comes the hard part (questions) 1. Nakku kotha I-94 vasthadhi kada attached to new H1B document (which is valid till 2019) 2. Wife dhi H4 & EAD 2018 lo expire avutundhi, so ikkada options enti to renew her status . File for an extension before 6 months of current expired date? -But present wait time is like between 7 to 8 months to get the approval (read in some forums) . Also have to renew her EAD too. we can file for renewal only between 90-120 days before. . Do we need to have the H4 approval first before we apply EAD or can I renew EAD with a pending H4? . Planning to go to India in May, Can we go for stamping though we have a valid visa till 2018. (Approve aithey Jul 2019 varaku visa vasthadhi appudu enka wife ki extension file cheyyakkarledhu kada ani thinking) . I am told that I can request the officer at POE to give us the updated/latest date on the I-94 (based on the new H1B document) --Is this true? . Say officer agreed to give us the new date (for both), can I use that to renew my wife's EAD (supporting documents would be my new H1B & updated I-94). I am totally confused here, please suggest what are the best options...... Apologies for the lengthy message! Thanks in Advance! |
