don't think so..ante 2500 sqft ki 325K.
in Midwest 250K ki SF homes average build vi vastay in LCOL areas..i think $100/sqft with decent options..
ofcourse VA,WA,NJ,CA lanti areas lo $200/sqft+ anuko

auto is collateral loan and value is depreciated after it walks out the store. house ala kadu kada even though it depreciates in accounting actual ga it may increase. sosub prime vachina no issue for auto. life of auto is max 10 years and mostly changes hand after 3-4 years.

Loan approvals are more stringent now. Another housing crash unlikely in near future.




even though they are stringent, most of my friends took 5/1 or 7/1 ARM, they got very good rates

if the interest rates start going up, it would be interesting...I know few desis with consulting jobs bought 900k homes in Bay Area with 10% down and another 10% as second loan

with 5/1 ARM...it will be interesting to see if the job market doesn't sustain

interest rate also used to be 7% or more. ippudu around 4 undi and if it increases to 5% or more, konchem impact untadi. still super game abba, market rate reset chesaru, interest rate ni slow ga paiki leputaru. took 10 years or so, and banks will happily make that trade
