even though they are stringent, most of my friends took 5/1 or 7/1 ARM, they got very good rates if the interest rates start going up, it would be interesting...I know few desis with consulting jobs bought 900k homes in Bay Area with 10% down and another 10% as second loan with 5/1 ARM...it will be interesting to see if the job market doesn't sustain | ||
