Friend is trying to buy property in yzag Property details: 400 sqyds area Applied for S+G+3 floors plan = 8k sqft 10% mortage to govt He deviated and finished construction 6 months back for 13k sqft Running school on that premises He never applied for occupany certificate (old 3 power connections vunnai, so he is managing with that whole building) He never applied to release mortgage Questions: Govt ki mortgage vunna property ni register chesthara?
