I used to have only a 15 minute standup. rally ani software untadi, adi eduruga petti, where are we ani koschens. division is by story points (tasks) and medium stories 3-4 avagotte vallam sometimes. Being able to understand and resolve impediments for the team Being able to articulate status of work and team at any given point and support it with data Understanding backlog health , business and IT constraints and being able to hold both bus and dev team accountable And this is my personal one - push the team to achieve more without hurting work- life balance - increase productivity not overtime- this also requires strong negotiation skills to prevent the business from injecting churn /scope into the iteration . And this one is rare but critical - understanding risks on the horizon and mitigating them - this is a PM skill that many SMs lack.
