The new acquiring company needs to have a successor in interest certificate of the old company. This has to be amended to all current immi/financial petitions of the old company. Beyond that, there is nothing to be worried. But the new company MUST be interested in continuing your non-immigration/immigration status. | ||

6 yrs ending this April, Perm approved I140 in rfe (most of his companies 140 are getting rej) Now another company is taking over his company soon, process is going on,his company is not responding at all. 1. Can any one work on approved perm, even H1B is in process like we work on regular H1B while extension is going on? Perm gives 1yr extensions right??
