The best solutions,is Govt Should close all high schools in urban areas and make 25% of seats in all private schools available for free under Govt quota and adjust all the Govt school students in those quota ..just as done in Engineering /professional colleges under convener quota Govt can save money and poor people will be able to study in good schools | ||

Yes, the spending is very high. Not just Telangana, whole india lo. Govt school teacher salaries >>> private school tracher salaries. Still ppl send to pvt schools. The problem is elsewhere. No accountability, forever jobs, quota issues. There r so many cases in courts related to quotas in promotions etc., Govt schools they r gone. That is more than what 95% of the private schools charge per kid. Now don't ask how much they spend on each kid. Telangana, andhra comparisons tevaddu.
