Wait for 6 months and then move...if your old employer revokes 140 and your new employer is not able to get a new perm and new 140 before the new h1 period ends then u r in soup..after 6 months its all yours, u get unlimited number of extensions on h1 even if your new employer does not apply for your gc | ||
