Ammataniki present it well...have hardwood or laminate floors at bottom, granite counter tops, repaint and stage. List on Tuesday/Wednesday. Sign up with a realtor. negotiate it to 4.5% 2% for him and 2.5% for buyer realtor. This is the easy way. If you want to sell it by yourself then find a realtor who will put your house in MLS(realtor.com) for a fee( $500 - $750) Advertise you will pay 2.5% for the buyer realtor. Once a offer comes pick a title company and have them do the paperwork | ||
