You are dead wrong on this. vijayawada is different. it completely lacked any infra to attact any service sector. For eg. medha towers..See below link. since it's construction in 2008 it was empty till 2016 december..even L&T sold its stake in it in nov 2016 just to get rid of this NPA for 75 Cr. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/hyderabad/LT-sells-i ts-stakes-in-Medha-Towers/articleshow/55196911.cms Now from Dec 2016, it's fortunes turned around.
