i-140 receipt number unna chaalu, while applying for H1 extensions or for porting, they can refer to just this receipt number...ainaa vaadevadu picchi naa ko ivvanani...mari wife ki H4 EAD cheyyaalanna I-140 approval kaavaligaa, adhi kooda vaade apply chesthaada... the other way to get all documents is through Freedom of information act...USCIS website lo form untundhi, adhi download chesi, manaki kavalsina documents list chesi, aa frm ni notarize chesi USCIS ki submit chesthey they will give you a copy of all the documents whatever you ask...many of my friends did this...it takes around 6 months to get through this process... | ||

U have to go through both labor and 140 again..kottha rule lo no where it mentions u dont need to do 140 again..i spoke to attorney as well on this a few days back and he confirmed the same..pd will be retained, old 140 cannot be revoked but u need to do both labor and 140 again with new employer | ||
