Cognizant is relatively new less than 1.5yr but has clean sweaped the Account on testing side however minor presence in testing side by Infy. but these infy guys has long presence from past 3-4 yrs. now these infy guys are showing bad attitude insecured unnecessary bad plays without any provocation on some cognizant guys who joined newly where both infy cts both are working together..like not passing any info playing wicked tactics troubling cts folks. as per client ethics and fair acts rules wht is right thing to do for cts associates facing this issue. if ur leading program from cts side how do you protect ur cts associates from infy intidimation do u take charge or let the associates deal there own mess. |
