As the country witnesses a spurt in digital payments, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) is setting up an eight-acre campus in Hyderabad with an estimated cost of ₹300 crore. He said the Hyderabad facility will have a world-class Data Centre. It would process all the electronic retail payments in a centralised mode of operation. “We presently have about 300 employees in Hyderabad and about 1,000 in all in the country.
