Investment Purpose is something like a guest house future residence.(so not looking at plots) I was wondering if anyone has pre-screend a few properties that are a safe bet for purchase both builder credibility and land legality point of view. I don't want to end up buying something which BBMP will later claim as built on a drain or lake bed and demolish it.

pruksa lo row houses choosa.. too small anipinchai.. didnt check villas.. but location too far amma.. inko 2-3 yrs tarvata aa area develop avutundemo.. currently edo baldwin international school undi.. Whitefield ki EC ki daggarlo kavalante as mentioned below Sarjapur road lo tesukovali.. if you are taking for investment purpose.. why villa?? go for a plot in some big community.. since, u want it as investment, wts ur expected returns? in current scenario, i doubt any positive return from bangalore RE> one of my friend bought in pruksa silvana, towards old madras road, far away from electronic city. i think, he bought it 5yrs back for around 75lac. not sure of current price. for comparison, we need more details anyways. whitefield IT parks ki, electronic city ki daggarlo ante, sarjapur road, gunjur etc chudali. 1.5cr ki ante, u will have quite a few options. www.mpInfra.com TDP accepts that YSR govt irrigated 19lac acres in seemandhra, in 1991, AP debt is 22% of GSDP, in 2004 its 34% of GSDP, in 2014 its 22% of GSDP. |
