Gained 12 kgs in a year after coming to US.. No exercise.. Konchem fast ga nadisthe aayasam vocchedhi and was getting tired very easily.. India ki vacation ki poyinappudu test cheyyisthe BP undhi neeku annaru.. Daily tabs esko annadu.. Ila kaadhu ani cheppi started gym 6 months back.. initial 2 months only cardio and light weights.. BP back to normal.. Then next 4months 5 days a week daily 30 mins cardio 20-25 mins moderate to heavy lifting 10-15 mins abs.. Lost those 12 kgs(86 to 74) with little change in diet and body chape kooda baaga avutha undhi .. Next 6 months targetting flat abs.. MRF tyre poyi Scooty tyre undhi ippudu..

2) perspective ... false confidence deniki ..you still check you health every six months..
3) umm..my tutor never talked about it ...asked me to not to eat too much carb etc..standard diet ..

This gives much flexibility to the body and fitness levels increase a lot.
Sensation(About Bala):He can win in atleast half of the segments in Rayalaseema. Emi matladutunnavo neeku telusa. He can contest any where in coastal and rayalaseema districts. I personally feel he should contest from Srikakulam dt.

Every 30 mins walk for 30 seconds for at least 30 steps... especially IT folks

ei walking lu gatra. oka mulaku ravi ..join gym ...if possible crossfit gym. very helpful..

but ,, one hour seat lo kurchuntara mere office lo ...nenu gattiga 30 /40 mts..

naa readings are now better than most normal people, diet kooda normal ki vachanu. so, combined attack of medicines + cardio + behavioral change anukuntunna as of now

every 30 min 2 to 3 min walking is better in my experience....idea is to be active through out the day...

inkonni tips....shopping or office ki vellinappudu...park your car as far away as possible...

I am standing atleast once every 30 minutes, and walking around for 5 minutes once every 5 minutes. The habits developed over years won't go away lightly, but forcing myself a little every day

I advise to do this. Should be very easy, but deeniki stick avatam anta simple kadu.

personal xp lo, ila cheyatam chala help ayindi

4 months back doctor ki velte, akkada tests choosi shock. konni readings were way out of control

started 150 minutes of cardio a week. combining this with walking/standing 5 minutes an hour, readings are now very good
