don't know what exact terms and conditions, your agent has but it is pretty clear he made money out of the deal. You should ask him to explain the charges. nothing wrong with it. He needs to explain 930 agent fee. Just FYI, Expedia will send you a refund check for difference , if the rate of same ticket drops after you purchased it. | ||

sure point...i think.. talk to the agent ask him for clarification ... take the screenshots of the tikcet price variation this week online and his transaction of cacellation and rebooking without your notice.... keep all this recorded of conversation(send email) and agent clarification ... if you still belive agent is cheating with all this recorded information compalint to credit bureau you should get back the agent charges..explain bureau that the latest(new price that includes agent fee) transaction is without your approval.. yeah...some times total fare will cheaper even after including agent fee.. I couldn't find exact connectivity online...which means they have better database access...
initial issued ticket is for 2550(2300 fare + 250 agent fee), card statement shows he cancelled that ticket and new ticket is also 2550( but 1650 fare + 900 agent fee) | ||

2 weeks ago I requested this agent to generate itenary to argentina. He gave me a quote for 1850. I waited till my visa approval and requested him to confirm the same flight..he said since I responded after 2 weeks, prices went up and ticket price is 2500...At that time I checked online...the ticket really showed the price that he was claiming... Today when DH checked credit card statement....It showed that He cancelled previous booking 2550(2300 fare + 250 agent fee) and he made a new booking 1690 fare+930 agent fee. Online chusthe 1700 something lo tickets available unnayi ( with 2/3 stops)..Agent issues chesina tickets lo actually very few stop overs unnayi It is clearly evident that he adjusted agent fee when ticket price went down this week..janalu credit card statements regular ga enduku chuskuntaru le ani he took his chances ani anipisthundi How should I handle this situation? Ippudu credit card statement snap shot teesi 700 refund adagala...edoka story cheptademo ani doubt....asala ticket cancel cheyyi ani adigithe malli cancellation fee paduddi emo? I used chase saphire credit card which has trip cancellation coverage...cancellation fee actually padakudadu...but since I went through agent will it be different? any advises apreeciated |
