Naive qn - once we get green card i am assuming this gc can be used for any work , like regular GC.. not sure how much personal or real exp you have with this but i got 3 of my friends from india with zero effort 2 of them invested 1 million, attorney fees was 35k, steel rudnick from philly another invested in hotel , different attorney from LA, all got with zero issues you need better attorney .those who are serious about their watches display them prominently, those who are more concerned with style and branding present you with aircraft carriers and hide their watches. | ||

I am assuming you are on H1B (with some other company). What is your involvement in the company? If you are involved in any way shape or form - it is illegal. Assuming you are a sleeping partner and just invested money, you can still apply for EB5. EB5 kosam, you dont have to re-invest completely.
