Without knowing the meaning of what is a visa stamping on a passport, what is I-94, what is visa extension, what is I-797 notice etc etc.. ee picha naa balli gaallu edo okati vodultaar.. daaniki oka threddu bongu.. Stamping of a visa in a passport: Only required to ENTER into a country(its a permit to enter) but its dates has nothing to do with how long such entered person can stay. Its the I-94 which would be issued by the officer at POE decides your length of stay under the given category. After entering into the country, you must maintain the legal requirements of that I-94 visa category. You can request to extend such stay(this has nothing to do with the STAMPING BAD-KHOWS), stamping is required ONLY when you need to enter the country, after that you DONT NEED...) | ||
